  • Thane

We are working to expand to more areas soon.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, we will send a confirmation with tracking details via email.

  • You can also track your order on our website using the Order Tracking link in your account.

4. Packaging & Handling

  • All products are packed fresh, using insulated packaging (ice packs / cold boxes) to ensure they remain at safe temperatures during transit.

  • We strive to maintain the quality and freshness of dairy products during delivery.

5. Delays & Unforeseen Issues

  • Natural Dairy is not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather, traffic, or external circumstances beyond our control.

  • In the event of major delays, we will notify you via email/SMS and provide an updated delivery time.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • If you receive products that are spoiled, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with relevant photos.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund, subject to verification.

  • Please hold onto all original packaging until the matter is resolved.
